Choosing a communication team

Choosing our Communication team for Smart School Council

Our question was - "How should we recruit a new Communication team for our Smart School Council?"

The options were:

• We vote in class to choose 2 pupils
• Teachers decide on 2 pupils from our class
• Pupils apply for roles and get interviewed
• Pick names out of a hat. 

All the classes took part in the question. The results are as follows:

• 26% voted for "We vote in class to choose 2 pupils"
• 8% voted for "Teachers decide on 2 pupils from our class"
• 24% voted for "Pupils apply for roles and get interviewed"
• 42% voted for "Pick names out of a hat"

The winning vote was - PICK NAMES OUT OF A HAT

Mrs Gill picked names from a hat for each class for our Communication team. Our first meeting will be the week after October half term.
