Smart School Council Question on feedback

This week we asked all the children, “What is your favourite type of feedback from your teachers? Possible answers were- a sticker of stamp, verbal feedback- teachers talking to me, a written comment or a certificate.

The winning vote, with 78% of the vote, was for certificates.

Children said they like certificates because:

• It makes me feel proud, especially when it is shown in assembly
• When you take the certificate home your parents can see your achievements 
• You might get a treat from your parents
• Caertificates can be keep forever!
• Everyone loves a certificate
• You can't show notes in your book to your parents
